Easter Haikus (Part B)

(I)

The foreigner’s smile
promises
ascending
the rooftops
to the stars.

 (II)

Flames in your hands
tell the story
of the wandering enchanter.

(III)

He lights up the hopes
that call you
at home.

 (IV)

Warm doors
take you in
chastise and cherish
the night’s eluding
escape in you.

(V)

It’s morning
all the sudden
and the atmosphere holds the pollen.
