A
choice is to walk by a lake
to
miss a friend but not say a word
to
pull yourself away;
to
alter a reality,
secure
enough no one will manage to notice through the obvious.
A
choice is to talk things pointless
to
mean nothing anymore
to
go.
Choice
to walk, walk away
by
another lake
to
hold someone else’s hand,
because
you matter more to another.
Rising
the sun on your shoulders for a day-long, saving the light;
a
choice is
to
ignore the light-holder.
